Potatoes, Cornmeal, Wheat Berries

 

“New” for 2008: This summer and fall, Lord willing, we will have available cornmeal, wheat berries and five varieties of potatoes: Silverton Russet, Yukon Gold, Red Pontiac, Charlotte and Purple Viking.

No pesticides or herbicides will be used.  We are using green manure to enrich the soil and utilizing cultivation and crop rotation to control weeds and pests.

This is a first for us so more information will follow.
